The whole team at Approach Towers is on a high due to amazing results at the Ilkley Business Awards, which took place on Friday 24th February.
We won not one, but two awards and to say we are happy, excited and giddy, is probably the understatement of the century. Judged by a panel of independent experts, the Ilkley Business Awards take place to showcase the entrepreneurial spirit that makes this town shine so brightly.
Our MD, Suzanne Watson, won business personality of the year. Sponsored by LCF Law, this category showcased three really strong local business women, with Jenni Smith of Jenni Smith Ltd and Paula Connor of Real Food Ilkley in the mix – the epitome of girl power!
We also won small business of the year after going head to head with the lovely people at Green Clean Housekeeping – equally deserving nominees. This category was sponsored by Spooner Industries and judging was so tight in the end that there were only two businesses to make the final shortlist… nervewracking!
