2018 has landed and to say we are excited about the new year is an understatement. We have so much to look forward to this year and below is just a number of them.
CSR commitment
CSR (Corporate social responsibility) is incredibly important to Team Approach and something we commit to each year. We choose a charity to support through fundraising activities and donations. Our chosen charity for 2018 is yet to be announced, but there are so many worthy causes and we are trying to decide, and agree, on one.
Ilkley Carnival
We’re in the 7th year of supporting Ilkley Carnival and can’t wait to help make it the best one yet. Last year we helped break the fundraising record and raised over £17k for local good causes and organisations. This year’s theme is TV programmes and we’re excited to get people talking about the carnival and join in the fun on May Day!
Work experience
We love helping work experience and placement students on their career path and welcoming them into the team. We always provide them with as much insight into the industry as possible so they come away with a more complete understanding of PR.
Industry events
Any excuse to put our glad rags on and we are there! We love a good team social and are looking forward to PR and business industry events throughout the year where we can meet new people and put our dancing shoes on.
Developing team Approach
2018 is set to be another year of growth for the team. Personal development is highly important to us and each team member will be taking part in individual and team activities to develop their skills and career.
More coverage
We’ll never get tired of receiving coverage for clients! This year we’re excited to gain coverage for clients old and new and raise their brand awareness with interesting and attention-grabbing stories.
