We’re celebrating #InternationalWomensDay2018 by recognising our female heroes.

From 90s icons to fictional superheroes – we’ve been inspired, motivated and influenced by quite a combination of females over the years!

Including, our MD Suzanne, who encourages us to be our best selves each day and makes Approach an empowering place to work.

Suzanne

ApproachPR-52

Her strength, determination and sheer fight to make a new life for herself and her ability to embrace change, new challenges and really push her comfort zone makes me incredibly proud. She’s an incredible example of making the very best of this life we are gifted with.

Rebekha

Spice girls - International womens day

Five British women who taught girl power to my generation. They topped the charts with their pop anthems, sassy attitudes, memorable dance routines and crazy dress sense. Bring on the reunion!

Lynne

Wonder woman - International womens day

My dad has always called me Wonder Woman since I was a little one. She makes me think of power, being in (actually no, taking) control and getting things done. The outfit, especially the boots, also help!

Anisha

Victoria Beckham - Intenrational womens day

She made a name for herself in the fashion industry post Spice Girls success, owns not smiling with a dry sense of humour (I watched all her reality TV shows) and has a cute family. Oh, and she’s married to David…that’ll do.

Helen

JK Rowling - International womends day

She went from being a near-poverty single Mum to author of the best-selling book series ever by following her dream! She even gave up her status of being the first billionaire author by donating her riches away to charity.

Oriana

International womens day - Rihanna

Have I mentioned I’m obsessed with Rihanna before? She has been making music to empower girls for over a decade and has raised a lot of money for her charity, the Clara Lionel foundation. Sticking close to her family and making any outfit look effortless, she’s an icon, in every sense.
