After completing a seven-week programme to heighten her confidence and enhance her leadership skills, our account executive Rebekha discusses the importance of professional development.

Marking a year since graduation, I’ve recently completed the next stage in my personal development plan by accomplishing the Leadership and Personal Excellence Programme delivered by the Performance Development Group (PDG). The programme covered a wide range of topics and activities, a great boost for confidence and self-belief!
