ECO Integrated Property Solutions, part of the Bellrock Group, is a specialist property management company which employs around 20 staff from its Leeds-base. Founded in 2003, ECO IPS incorporates three arms of the business ECO Consult, ECO FM Delivery and ECO Systems and Helpdesk.
The company made the decision to bring Approach on board to manage the PR and social media activity to increase their presence in the region and in client specific trade media including care homes and education.
