North Yorkshire-based chocolate manufacturer, Whitakers Chocolates, is the largest distributor of personalised chocolates in the UK, producing more than 10 million chocolates every week to customers in 25 countries.
In 2017 it embarked on a new era in the business’s 128 year history.
After creating an international brand based on the mass-production of chocolates to the retail, catering and leisure industries, it decided to diversify into the burgeoning bespoke gift market.
Through a mixture of trade and regional media relations, we created a programme of consistent and positive news stories including industry accreditations, product launches, appointments and other business successes as well as arranging media visits and producing features to highlight the industry knowledge and expertise of the team.
