Project Description

Trutex is one of the leading school uniform and school sportswear brands in the UK and has been in operation for more than 150 years. Dedicated to offering their customers the best, and most up to date, products possible they very actively pioneer new developments.

In 2017 they were embarking on a number of new initiatives for the company, including an innovative anti-bullying campaign, #bTRU2u, in partnership with the Diana Award Charity, and were keen to utilise social media to best amplify the activity.

We compiled a day of training that explained the relevant social media platforms to best share their news and updates. This included practical advice, activities, examples and case studies, with the training 100% tailored for their business needs and audiences. The team on the day included such a varied mix of roles that striking the right note in terms of content was imperative.

Key results

  • 6 x employees trained on the benefits of social media for the Trutex brand
  • 2 x active social media platforms

Testimonials

“We booked a one-day social media course to give a wide group of employees a more thorough understanding of the practises in using it effectively. Approachability tailored the course to our specific needs and went out of their way to understand the business prior to the course. The training was informative, fun and motivating, the team left with practical tips and techniques that could be put to action immediately. The content was relevant and effective and we’ve seen a definite improvement on results post course.”
