Project Description

Mobalpa Warrington, the pilot store of the franchise network Mobalpa, needed to increase its online presence and grow its customer base through social media engagement.

We needed to ensure the social media channels were in-line with the brand’s communications strategy so took on the management of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Google+.

Using creative content, Mobalpa catalogue images and customer case studies, we built the showroom’s online presence and strengthened its relationship with key industry media through increased interaction.

Key results

  • 78% increase in Twitter followers
  • 79% increase in Google+ views
  • 83% increase in followers on Instagram
  • 66% increase in Pinterest followers
  • Highest organic post reach on Facebook was almost 3,000
